Lars Erik Baugstø-Hartvigsen Lars Erik is the chief information officer in Helse Vest IKT AS, which delivers all IT-services to the public hospitals in the Western region of Norway. Educated as a civil engineer/Master of Science in electronics and telecommunication from The Norwegian University of Science and Technology he has worked with information security for 16 years, his entire career. His experience span from cryptographic high-end solutions for customers in military intelligence to securing sensitive health records for one quarter of the Norwegian population. With past experience from a military communication vendor, research, as an information security consultant and advisor and heading information security work in Difi before his current position he has deep and diverse knowledge on the vast filed of information security. Lars Erik is a CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional).
