Kathrine Holter Kathrine Holter has been working in Bærum kommune since 1.april 2016 as a special adviser for implementation of welfare technology. She is an occupational therapist and has been working with different kind of technology for persons with disabilities since 1988, especially within cognition, communication and alarmsystems, both in homecare and institutions. She has several years as manager for private companies, developing new and improved products for people with disabilities.
