Educational workshop: Deploying telehealth services in real life: 18 critical success factors

ETC presents an educational workshop for all our attendees: MOMENTUM – Deploying telehealth services in real life:  18 critical success factors. We recommend this educational workshop to the public sector and other organizations in their beginning of scaling up their telehealth and telecare services.

It is increasingly complex to scale up the use of telehealth and telecare services, e.g. in the context of what is called integrated care. MOMENTUM used the word ‘Blueprint’ to describe the structure and components needed for preparing a scaling-up action plan. MOMENTUM’s 18 critical success factors will enable telemedicine ‘doers’ to understand all the actions that they need to take, from leadership to operations, to expand and enhance telehealth services in their local settings read more.
