Nina Linn Ulstein Nina Linn Ulstein is the Product Manager for helsenorge.no in the Directorate for e-health. She has a PhD in Operations Research and a Masters in industrial engineering. She has previously worked as a strategy and supply chain consultant for a range of private and public companies. She has also worked for the Department of Health in England, and the HSE in Ireland.
