Isabella Scandurra is an assistant professor in Health Informatics at Örebro University, Sweden. She is a dedicated usability specialist with a PhD in Medical Informatics. Her dual expertise is often requested and she was in 2014 elected as one of the most powerful women in IT in Sweden.
Her scientific interests comprise Human-Computer Interaction in Healthcare, Mobility and Elderly care, often represented as usability issues of IT where different care professionals collaborate, and where the patient is involved in the care process.
Here she will present results from the Swedish research on Patient Accessible Electronic Health Records as a national eHealth service.
