Torunn Wibe EHiN: Torunn Wibe is head of department at Centre for Institutional and Home Care Services, Oslo municipality
Wibe has worked for several years as a nurse and leader at Oslo University Hospital. She was heavily involved in the implementation of electronic nursing documentation in the hospital at the beginning of this century.
She has a master’s degree in nursing science from 1998 and a PhD from 2015. In her PhD work she studied communicational possibilities and challenges associated with patients’ use of clinical documentation and online patient-provider communication as sources of information after discharge from hospital.
Since 2010 she has been working at Centre for Institutional and Home Care services in Oslo, where she among other things is working with patient safety and adaptation for research projects in the health and care services in the municipality of Oslo.
