Petter Hurlen Petter Hurlen is a radiologist working as senior consultant and head of the Clinical informatics initiative at Akershus University Hospital. He earned a Masters degree in informatics on Data and object modelling in health care and a PhD on the introduction of ICT in Radiology at the University of Oslo. Dr. Hurlen is secretary of the International Medical Informatics Association and vice-chair of the Norwegian medical association IT-board.
