Oddvar Hagen Lecturer and MSc in Telemedicine and e-Health. Worked In University Hospital of North Norway (RST, RST and UNN) and Longyearbyen Hospital. Mainly as Nurse Anesthetist and as teacher in Nurse Anesthesia.
From 2000: Consultant and Senior Consultant/ Project manager at NST (Norwegian Centre for Integrated Carte and telemedicine). Working mainly on real-time communication in emergency settings.
Lately Hagen has been working for UNN mainly on the VAKe HN project.
