Michelle Brogan

Michelle is a Service Development Manager within NHS 24’s Scottish Centre for Telehealth & Telecare ( SCTT). Michelle has over 20 years experience of working across NHS Scotland as a clinician, researcher, and operational service manager across both acute care & community based services. Michelle started her career as a Speech and Language Therapist after graduating from University of Edinburgh. She completed an MSC in 2011 and retains a keen interest in evidence based service redesign .

Michelle currently has a lead role in supporting the implementation of the Technology Enabled Care Programme (TEC) funded by the Scottish Government. Prior to this she was the programme manager for the United4Health Project in Scotland. Michelle has a strategic & operational role within SCTT leading the adoption & optimisation of digital remote health monitoring solutions across health & cares services in the pursuit of delivering more  accessible, sustainable, person centred approaches to patient care and better outcomes for citizens.
