Elisabeth Hessen Elisabeth Hessen is the project manager in charge of introducing a new joint quality system in 5 different health trust (HT)/hospitals within the Health South-East Regional Health Trusts; Sørlandet Hospital HT, Sunnaas Hospital HT, Betanien Hospital HT, Telemark Hospital HT and Sykehuspartner HT. Educated as a nurse, she has since 2010 been working as a quality manager at Telemark Hospital HT. Her previous experiences includes working as a quality manager at the municipality of Larvik and further at the municipality of Asker. Among the tasks as a quality manager, she was in charge of certifying both municipalities’ management systems (ISO 9001 – Quality Management, ISO 14001 – Environmental Management System and ISO 27001 – Information Security Management System).
