• There will be a microphone, data projection unit and Internet access (open WI-FI+Cable) in each auditorium. Play some tunes? All auditoriums have 3.5″ jack. The video signal will be 60Hz in all rooms. Optimal screen resolution for the sessions is 1920×1080 (16/9 format). Different resolutions will be supported and scaled to fit. All rooms have multiple adaptors (VGA, HDMI, MINI DP etc.)
• Planning on running your presentation from a tablet, overhead, whiteboard or any other “experimental” stuff, please notify us before November 9th and we will do our very best to help you.
• All auditoriums will have a technician present.
• Speakers are asked to arrive at the presentation room at least 20 minutes before the session begins.
• Please review the agenda to check your time slots, and to ensure that your session’s title, abstract and speaker information is listed correctly. Send any corrections as soon as possible.
