This year the European Telemedicine Conference (ETC) 2016 is part of the E-health in Norway Future Health (EHiN-FH 2016) in Oslo 15th and 16th of November 2016.
It will combine the efforts of several leading European healthcare organisations into two powerful days of health and innovation! The ETC collaborates with prominent healthcare delivery organisations, governmental leaders, clinicians, researchers and university faculties to address and discuss the latest innovations in telemedicine. In 2016 ETC is hosted by the ETC partner Norwegian Centre for E-health Research.
ETC is excited to present several new concepts such as the Scientific Track and the ETC Track. All sessions presented by ETC, as well as several EHiN sessions, will be presented in English. For a complete overview of the sessions, see the Program page.
Many exciting speakers from all over Europe are confirmed to ETC 2016. See them all here

We recommend this educational workshop to the public sector in their beginning of scaling up their telehealth and telecare services. MOMENTUM’s 18 critical success factors will enable telemedicine ‘doers’ to understand all the actions that they need to take, from leadership to operations, to expand and enhance telehealth services in their local settings.
We have the pleasure of inviting you to Sunnaas Hospital, one of Europe’s leading hospitals, specializing in medical rehabilitation. The hospital has since the 1990’s worked with telemedicine solutions for their patient groups and has successfully integrated telemedicine in their services. They are considered one of the best Norwegian hospitals on polyclinical telemedicine, remote monitoring, home monitoring and using care at home through telemedicine.
On your trip to Sunnaas Hospital, enjoy Norway’s natural beauty while taking the ferry through the Oslo Fjord.
The workshop is targeting everyone who has experience with using, planning, implementing, or researching a service for patients’ digital access to their health record. The workshop aims to increase the knowledge in Europe regarding the patients’ access to their health record by discussing technical, legal, organizational, practical and cultural barriers for a service for all, as well as investigating possibilities for the future.
The European Telemedicine Conference 2016 highlights research and operational evidence from innovative healthcare solutions. As such, the goal is to address challenges and findings from new product development, effect-oriented studies, and operational experiences.
